Refund Policy

Our refund policy states that refunds are not allowed after 7 days, especially when the credits have been used. This is because using the credits consumes our server GPU resources for video rendering. For more information, please visit our Terms of Use and follow the details below.

Refund policy details

Refunds are only possible if all of the following 3 conditions are met.

  • No credits should have been used: Refunds are only possible if no credits have been used at all. (This policy is legally permissible for unused goods.)

  • Payment must have been completed: Refunds are only available if there is a payment history. (This is to prevent refund requests for free credits.)

  • Must request within 7 days of payment: To get a refund for the credits, you must request it within 7 days from when you made the payment.

Refund Processes

We will be able to proceed refund by contacting us.

  1. You should submit the refund inquiry in the workspace or homepage.

  2. Then, we will check if there is any history of your credit usage and payment.

  3. If all refund conditions are met, we will process the refund according to our refund calculation formula.

  4. If you have done your refund processes, all credits from the refunded plan will be deducted.

  5. After the refund is processed through Stripe, the card payment cancellation will be completed. (It will take 5~10 days depending on your card issuer, and additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.)

  6. You will receive a confirmation email with the invoice and a receipt.

  7. And your subscription plan will be changed to the free plan.

Refund Calculation

Refund Amount = Remaining Credits * USD Conversion Rate per Credit - Payment Gateway (PG) Fee

  • USD Conversion Rate per Credit: Calculated as Payment Amount / Total Credits Received

  • Remaining Credits: Checked as of the refund request date (excluding the credits provided for free in the refund calculation)

  • PG Fee: The fee incurred from the payment amount for the respective month

  • All credits from the refunded plan will be deducted
