To change your password in PERSO, you need to complete email verification via the Reset Password button.

πŸ“Œ Password Reset Process

1️⃣ Click Reset Password in Account Settings

2️⃣ A 6-digit verification code is sent to your registered email

3️⃣ Enter the verification code and set a new password

4️⃣ Password change is completed, and you can log in with the new password

πŸ“Œ Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 and maximum 20 characters

  • Must include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters

  • Cannot contain the same character more than three times consecutively

πŸ“Œ Password Reset Failure Cases

  • Incorrect verification code: "Please check the code sent to your email."

  • Expired verification code (after 3 minutes): "The verification code has expired. Please request a new one."

  • Invalid password format: "Your password must be at least 8 characters and include letters, numbers, and special characters."
