To change your password in PERSO, you need to complete email verification via the Reset Password button.
π Password Reset Process
1οΈβ£ Click Reset Password in Account Settings
2οΈβ£ A 6-digit verification code is sent to your registered email
3οΈβ£ Enter the verification code and set a new password
4οΈβ£ Password change is completed, and you can log in with the new password
π Password Requirements
Minimum 8 and maximum 20 characters
Must include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
Cannot contain the same character more than three times consecutively
π Password Reset Failure Cases
Incorrect verification code: "Please check the code sent to your email."
Expired verification code (after 3 minutes): "The verification code has expired. Please request a new one."
Invalid password format: "Your password must be at least 8 characters and include letters, numbers, and special characters."
